Enter as “Coming Soon” in MultiList
“Coming Soon” Post and Targeted Paid Social Media Ads
Put Sign Up

Immediately Upon Going on Market
Enter as “Active” in MultiList on a Friday or Saturday
“For Sale” Post and Targeted Paid Social Media Ads
Mass Email to all local Realtors
“Open House” Post and Targeted Paid Social Media Ads
Put up “Open House this Sunday” signs
Hold Open House the first Sunday after going on market
Listing on Zillow, Trulia,, etc. etc. (within a day or so of being marked active in the multilist)



Follow Up with Agents and Prospects
“For Sale” Post and Targeted Paid Social Media Ads
Additional Open Houses if necessary
Mass emails to all local area Realtors
Price Reduction advertising if applicable
Monitor listing exposure – marketing, views, traffic to listing, etc., make adjustments as needed
Inform and Advise Seller(s)

Manage the sale through completion/settlement
