Immediately Upon Going on Market
Enter as “Active” in MultiList on a Friday or Saturday
“For Sale” Post and Targeted Paid Social Media Ads
Mass Email to all local Realtors
“Open House” Post and Targeted Paid Social Media Ads
Put up “Open House this Sunday” signs
Hold Open House the first Sunday after going on market
Listing on Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, etc. etc. (within a day or so of being marked active in the multilist)
